New pup on the block or old friend? Here's everything you need – from booking to bath time.

Coming in for a wash?

No account or booking needed. Most customers just walk in during opening hours. On your first visit we'll take your details and your dog's details at the counter, so we know them next time. Prefer a set time? You can book a wash online too.

What to expect

1Arrive and check in

Park out the front, come through the gate and say hi at the counter.

2Chat with your groomer

Tell us the look you’re after. We’ll confirm the price before we start.

3Drop off

We’ll give you a pick-up time. Short goodbyes help your dog settle.

4The pampering

Wash, dry and groom, with breaks when needed. If they’re distressed, we’ll stop and call you.

5Ready for pickup

We’ll text you. Please collect within 30 minutes.

6Pay and rebook

Pay in store by cash or card, and book the next one at the counter or online.

After every visit
