Terms and Conditions for Dog Grooming Services

Disclosure of Aggression

Clients are required to disclose any history of aggression or behavioral issues their dog may have. This information is essential to ensure the safety of our staff members, other dogs, and the smooth operation of our services. Failure to disclose such information may result in the immediate termination of grooming services.

Dematting

We do not perform painful dematting. Depending on the severity of matting, alternatives such as a shorter trim or shaving may be recommended to ensure the dog's comfort. Please note that during these occasions there is an increased risk of clipper cuts and grazes. 
Dematting procedures, especially in severely matted coats, may reveal skin conditions or bruising that were previously hidden beneath the mats. We cannot be held responsible for such conditions that become apparent during the grooming process.

Leash Requirement

For the safety of all dogs and individuals within our premises, it is mandatory for all dogs to be on a leash upon entering our grooming salon. This policy ensures better control and a secure environment for grooming procedures.

Photography Consent

We reserve the right to photograph dogs during grooming sessions. These photographs may be used for promotional purposes on our website, social media platforms, or other marketing materials. By using our services, clients consent to the use of their dog's images for such purposes.

Handling of Aggressive or Distressed Dogs

In the event that a dog displays aggressive behavior or becomes overly distressed during the grooming process, we reserve the right to discontinue the service for the safety of our staff, the dog itself, and other pets within our establishment.

Payment Terms

Payment for grooming services is due upon completion of the service.

Appointment Cancellation and No-Show Policy

We kindly request a minimum of 48 hours notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide adequate notice or repeated no-shows may result in the cancellations of your future bookings.

Liability

While utmost care is taken during grooming procedures, clients understand that all grooming activities entail some level of risk. Our salon shall not be held liable for any pre-existing conditions, allergies, injuries, or unforeseen reactions that may occur during or after the grooming process.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.

Client Agreement

By booking our grooming services, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
